Our new pricing structure, explained.

Here at Thumbprint, we are always re-evaluating and assessing what our community needs and working to incorporate our core values; Inclusivity, Empowerment, and Embodiment, into every aspect of our company. Our responsibility as business owners is to balance both financial accessibility for our community and financial stability to support our team. Our most recent project has been looking to expand in both of these areas. Earlier this year we implemented a scholarship program for artists who identify as BIPOC and now we are adding a new pricing structure to our classes and workshops. Our hope is that this will allow us to increase enrollment through better financial accessibility, expand current projects, bring on more guest teachers, and create more support positions on our team. All of this will give us the opportunity to support the Thumbprint Community even more.

The following is more detail of our pricing structure:

Sliding Scale - Priced to remove barriers and allow more people to participate with less financial risk. We will be allocating spots for each class/workshop but as Benefactor spots are purchased, more will be added. This rate is for those where paying Full Price would be a significant financial hardship.
Full Price - Covers all associated costs of your attendance. This rate is for those who have some stability and are able to generally meet their basic needs.
Benefactor - Gives the opportunity for those with more economic stability to not only cover their personal costs, but also increase access for those who would not be able to otherwise afford it. When you make a personal decision to register at the Benefactor level, an additional Sliding Scale spot will become available. This rate is for those who can comfortably meet their basic needs.
