Since the start of the pandemic we’ve seen a rise in anxiety and burn-out due to the added responsibility, stresses, and trauma demanded of each of us in our personal and professional lives. So, what can we do to ensure we prioritize our personal, professional and artistic well-being? Three words: SELF-CARE PLAN! This workshop will guide you through the process of crafting a personalized self-care plan by examining current lifestyle behaviors & self-care practices, identifying unhelpful behaviors and self-care holes, defining areas of self-care with emphasis on creating a balanced approach, and emergency self-care.
